Ordering &
delivery.
A little clarity before you choose your jars, plan a gift or send us an occasion brief.
Start with an enquiry
Explore the ARACO collection, build a box, or message us on WhatsApp. Sending a form saves your request for our team. It does not place a confirmed order or take payment.
Prices and box estimates
Jars start from ₹779. A box of 2, 3 or 4 saves 10% on its product subtotal. Packaging, props, printing, delivery and applicable taxes are quoted separately. The builder's starting estimate helps you plan; the team confirms the complete quotation and availability before you agree to an order.
Delivery and timing
Share your neighbourhood or pincode, preferred date and quantity. We confirm delivery availability, charges and timing for your request. Please check the confirmed schedule before making plans around a gift delivery.
Personal touches and custom printing
Choose a sleeve and gift note in the box builder. For an occasion, you can also request props, colours and finishing touches. Printed labels, sleeves, note cards, hang tags and stickers can be requested for 201 or more gift boxes. One gift piece means one gift box.
Changes, cancellations and delivery concerns
Message us with your enquiry reference and the change or concern. For a confirmed order, ask the team to check its production and dispatch status before making changes. Any applicable cancellation, replacement or refund terms need to be confirmed with your quotation.
Fixed delivery areas, dispatch lead times, delivery fees and cancellation or refund windows are awaiting approval. No sample timeline or refund promise on this preview is a confirmed order term.
Product details and dietary questions
Product pages currently identify sample weights, ingredients, allergens, nutrition and storage copy. Ask for the approved product label and care instructions before ordering or making a dietary decision. Availability of upcoming products is confirmed by enquiry.
